Speaker(s): Gráinne Suter works as an independent consultant and trainer delivering bespoke learning and development programmes with jml Training and Consultancy. The company was established in 1997 to provide bespoke training, coaching and consultancy services for the UK market and overseas.

She has trained and coached people from a very broad range of backgrounds and in different countries. Her philosophy is to inspire and build confidence, whilst providing the tools and techniques that enable people to communicate, develop and work in a more effective way.

Event details: Emotions are contagious and a single person can influence the emotional tone of a group. That can be negative or positive!

The key is gaining insight into the impact of our emotions and those of others and how to use this constructively to improve performance in areas like decision making and relationships.

Organizations can help their staff gain insight into Emotional Intelligence (EI). This interactive mini workshop will explore how adults can become more emotionally intelligent and consider some strategies for helping them do so.
