A: Review the recruitment process within the department to ensure we are providing the right help and guidance to employees and legislatively correct. A: Ensure there is adequate time to plan for the interview - make full use of the job specification and ensure questions are fit for purpose and probing. A: Will employ the skills learnt in my next interview.
