Leading and Managing Change Successfully

Prior to the re-engineering of services or implementation of change, significant value can be found in managers taking stock of their current approach to change management, sharing experiences and taking onboard new skills.

In addition to this, learning from previous experience, particularly when shared across an organisation, will lead to a common understanding of what the organisation does well and what needs to improve, in turn leading to the delivery of successful and sustainable change.

This workshop is particularly effective when delivered to a cross directorate management group who are preparing for the challenge of imminent organisational change. The following programme is presented as a starting point for discussion and will be tailored to meet your needs.

  • Achieving a motivational state of possibility in ourselves and with others
  • Fostering commitment - How conscious is this process and how aligned are actions?

Change Communication

  • Communicating with the wider organisation
  • Achieving a balance between what, why and how
  • Managing the change message mutation

During the workshop we will introduce a range of techniques and tools to facilitate the day in a creative way. This will provide participants with practical tools that they can apply in a range of work situations.
