Now that last Thursday's results are in there will be a large number of new Councillors taking their seats and for a lot of individuals they will have little knowledge of working in that environment and need to be taught how to handle the situation that they are now in.

Many people do not have skills required for public speaking and for others they just need to improve their style and presentation.
