Using Role Play Actors to assist with Training Programmes

The use of role-play in training to simulate real life scenarios is well established and using professional actors can enhance the training. Industry users recognise that role-play enables delegates to practice new concepts and to develop new skills in a safe and controlled environment.

Most of the actors we have used have carried out similar roles and are trained to work with our training team and apply techniques that examine how to react to material provided and to encourage a natural reaction rather than a performance.

Actors reflect behaviours that are encountered in the workplace and can be referenced to fit modern behavioural models such as Myers Briggs (MBTI Diagnostic assessment). Naturally actors bring realism to the situation, they are convincing and consistent.
