Trainer Profile - Candy Piercy

Candy Piercy Bsc Hons is a highly effective presenter and speaker with wide experience in training in the UK and around the world.

Candy has trained overseas on behalf of the British Foreign Office, the European Union and the UN.

She specialises in communication and management skills for managers at the most senior level. She works in both the public and the private sector.

Candy is an accomplished coach, able to draw on her own experience of leading and managing large projects and teams.

She is highly experienced and effective trainer and coach. Draws on own experience of leadership and communication when writing training material for her clients. Particularly interested in leadership and team motivation. Wide range of previous experience beginning with a job in medical research working for the Imperial Cancer Research Fund.

Her special areas are: Training, coaching, leadership and team building, team motivation, personal communication and media skills, presentation and public speaking, conflict management, capacity building, project management, election management, campaign planning, election law.

Her previous background includes work in medical research, in major retail companies.
