Irene
has a strong business background and experience in
Organisation Learning, Leadership
and Team Development. Irene takes a systemic approach,
focusing on client motivation and creativity. She
believes that leadership and learning are inextricably
linked. Where learning is concerned with the acquisition
and application of new knowledge, skills, behaviour
and values; effective leadership brings about improved
performance and positive change.
As
a facilitator and coach
she helps leaders learn and adapt so that they improve
their own performance, the performance of others and,
crucially, the performance of the organisation they
work for.
Working
for a major international airline in Leading Edge
Corporate Training, including Diversity,
Inclusion & Equality and Research & Development,
Irene was a key team manager, pioneering, developing
& leading the largest culture change programme in
Europe.
She
qualified as a Life Coach
& worked in the field of transformational change,
developing & leading personal development programmes,
and Global Change Management. She has extensive Line
Management experience, including managing 500 Cabin
Crew.
She was a key member of the management consultancy
team that designed and implemented a commercial framework
that introduced new processes, capabilities and behaviours
and worked with the internal teams of consultants
and facilitators which supported the delivery of the
change programmes.
