Trainer Profile - Tessa Munt

Tessa is a very competent trainer and facilitator with over twenty years' experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious and her courses are popular with all her delegates, from Messenger to MD.

Her training has ranged across every aspect of sales development and customer care, interpersonal skills and communication, change management, customer contact and handling difficult situations, dealing with challenging behaviour, stress management, all areas of quality management, teamwork, interviewing, selection, induction and appraisal, health and safety, staff development, preparing for retirement, presentation skills, campaigning, marketing and media management.

Tessa's career has spanned the hospitality and leisure industries, retail, health and social care, education, the law and government. Her experience in the voluntary and charitable sectors is wide-ranging and she has run women's courses and trained men-only groups. She is committed to ensuring that training is useful, memorable and enjoyable.
