Coaching will help you increase your self awareness, enhance your performance, sharpen your critical thinking skills and improve your ability to set direction and lead more effectively.

It is a particularly useful way for women to identify their particular development needs and increase their confidence.

jml Training uses a structured method to maximise the effectiveness of the coaching. It starts with an introductory session where you identify with the coach the areas you wish to explore. Expectations are clarified and goals and objectives are established. The coach will then work with you to analyse the current position on issues, generate options for change and develop an action plan.

The content of any particular coaching session will also respond to the immediate needs and wishes of the client and the immediate circumstances they find themselves in.

Women's Management Development Programme

An in-house management development programme for women

It consists of nine possible one day training modules.

Module 1 is the foundation module and is an essential part of the programme. The client may choose which of the other modules they wish to include in their customised programme.

The aim of the programme is to equip the women participants with the necessary confidence, skills and competencies to enable them to become STAR performers in their work environment.
