Training Skills for Trainers

A Three Day Workshop

Programme Outline

The ability to train is a vital part of management today. This highly interactive and practical course builds the confidence of the participants as well as their training skills. On completion of the training the participants will be able to design and deliver training which draws on their own expert knowledge and skills.

This in-house course is normally presented by two trainers for a maximum of twelve participants. This allows the trainers to give a high level of individual feedback and help to the participants throughout the course.

This programme is best run as a three day workshop. However a very effective two day workshop can also be presented covering a more limited number of topics and with less time for hands on practice.

The three day course may also include the option of video feedback on Day 3.

We suggest the following topics should be incorporated into your tailor made training course. Topics may be added or removed following discussion with your jml Training consultant.
