Valuing and managing diversity in the workplace

Taking action to promote fairness, equality of opportunity and the valuing of difference is a key objective of most organisations.  However, this type of culture does not come by default.  Organisations who successfully incorporate these values into their work ethos actively ensure that the management of diversity is given a high priority.
