International Training March 2007

jml Training trainers visited Casablanca, Morocco in early March 2007, working with a selected group of women delegates from across the country.Trainers Gráinne Suter and Tessa Munt who presented the training worked with a team of very experienced translators to deliver a challenging programme to a very receptive group of delegates.

This was not the first training visit for Gráinne to Morocco; she presented a training programme with jml Training trainer Candy Piercy in November 2005. On that occasion the delegates came from many African countries

March 2007 was a busy month for International Training as Gráinne Suter and Tessa Munt visited Bucharest, Romania for a training programme for women.

"Bucharest is a lovely city" said Gráinne,"it has an energetic and confident air - a city that knows what it wants and how to get it."

Gráinne has trained in many overseas locations in the past few years including Bosnia, Malawi, Monaco, Russia, The Netherlands and Zimbabwe

jml Training trainer Deryn Holland has a great deal of international training experience. In the last couple of years she has worked in the USA, Granada, South Africa and Nigeria.

This work has included work with senior teams to develop their leadership skills; the provision of coaching and training to new coaches and running conferences and workshops.

"Working with different cultures has been a key element of the work, one that I enjoy and find very stimulating." said Deryn

Deryn is a highly experienced coach and has recently been coaching people in Switzerland, France and Sweden.

In recent years Deryn has trained in Egypt, Nepal, India, Zimbabwe, Slovenia, Belgium, France, USA and Holland.

Another high flyer is jml Training trainer Irene Clarke. Irene has worked as a trainer for a major UK airline and now brings her skills to jml Training
