Feedback

JML
Training Testimonial - JML worked with us to create a bespoke training course
based around diversity
awareness and providing an excellent
customer service. The course has been rolled out to all front line
staff and we are now looking at running it for all back office staff as well.
We have continually worked to develop the programme over the past 6 months and
JML have taken into account that our needs are evolving. Using both our own training
evaluation feedback and the feedback directly from JML, they have worked to develop
the course as it is carried out.
Irene
ran the courses very well and her training style engaged all staff. The biggest
compliment I can give is that almost all staff who went into the course thinking
it was just "another diversity course", came out having found it both beneficial
and really enjoyable. T S ---- ---- -----
