Promoting Equal Opportunities in Service Provision

This programme is particularly suited for public authorities as defined under the Race Relations Act. This includes local authorities, educational institutions, NHS services and voluntary agencies working under contract to a public authority.

The content of the course would be tailored very specifically to the needs and stage of development of an organisation.
